Bush Retirement Plan Services

Our Process

Bush Retirement Plan Services uses a simple and effective process to ensure our clients’ needs are being met from Plan Design and Review through Plan Compliance and Reporting.

Plan Design and Review: Client needs assessment is performed by reviewing and understanding client requirements and studying employee demographics. From these findings, we develop plan projections comparing different plan designs. After the initial plan design, we provide a plan review annually.

Plan Implementation: We provide hands-on service and guidance to the client, payroll provider and record keeper for a plan that is easy to implement and maintain.

Plan Administration: Enrollment and educational meetings with the client’s financial advisor and record keeper are coordinated, contributions and distributions are processed and electronic reports are provided to the Plan Sponsor helping to streamline the process.

Plan Compliance and Reporting: The plan is reviewed annually to ensure compliance and client satisfaction as well as to develop future growth projections and goal setting. All compliance and reporting requirements are fulfilled and findings, plan projections and recommendations are discussed with the plan sponsor.
